I've never used this website to order materials before.
How do I login?

The first time you purchase materials using this website, you will be prompted to fill out a form to set up your account. You may login any time after your first purchase. Once you have set up your account, you will be able to view the status of previous orders you've placed and change your shipping information.

What is my username?

Your username is the last name you entered when setting up your account. For example, John Doe's username would be Doe.

Why do I need to login to purchase materials?

By logging into the site, your shipping information will be automatically retrieved and filled in for you. Please note that we do not store credit card numbers within our database. The data you enter may also be used for analysis purposes, such as seeing which areas of the country and world our orders come from, or comparing the number of purchases by professionals to the number of purchases by the general public. At no time will your name, phone number, address, or any other piece of personal information be published, sold, or released without your consent.

Please email trc@mailplus.wisc.edu for assistance in retrieving lost passwords. Please provide your  first and last name, as well as the city and state you would have entered when you established your username.
